Andreas Lingenfelser LL.M.

Born in Pforzheim in 1973, Mr. Lingenfelser took his final school examinations at the Hebel-Gymnasium in Pforzheim, and then studied law at the Universities of Augsburg, Lausanne and Strasbourg. He did his practical professional training at the regional court of Augsburg with various trainee posts including one in a French lawyer’s office. Whilst working full-time, Mr. Lingenfelser attended specialist training in the area of tax law.

Mr. Lingenfelser subsequently specialised in Intellectual Property Law as part of his Master of Law studies (LL.M) at the Universities of Exeter / Strasbourg / Dresden.

He gained several years of experience working in a medium-sized lawyers´ office and also worked for Gregory, Rowcliffe & Milners in London for several months.

He is currently undergoing approval procedures to be admitted as a Solicitor (England/Wales). Andreas Lingenfelser also previously worked as an assistant lecturer at the University of Strasbourg (France).

Mr. Lingenfelser successfully completed further legal training in commercial and company law at the DeutscheAnwaltAkademie (German Lawyers´ Academy) in 2006. He is currently attending further training on intellectual property law (2007).

Mr. Lingenfelser is a member of the Deutscher Anwalt- verein (German Lawyers´ Association) and of the DGRI – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik (German Association for Law and Computer Science).
