Igor Samardzic

Born in Slavonski Brod/Croatia in 1974. Following his final school examinations, Igor Samardzic trained as a legal assistant from 1993 to 1996. Immediately afterwards he studied law at the University of Heidelberg.

After passing his first legal state examination in 2000 he did his practical professional training at the regional court of Landau in the Palatinate, which included trainee posts in various local lawyers´ offices and courts and in the German Chamber of Foreign Trade for Serbia and Montenegro located in Belgrade.

Directly after completing his legal studies in May 2003 with the second state examination, he began to work as a lawyer in a medium-sized lawyers´ office in Pforzheim.
Mr. Samardzic successfully completed further legal training in employment law at the DeutscheAnwaltAkademie (German Lawyers´ Academy) in 2005.

Memberships
Mr. Samardzic is a member of the Deutscher Anwaltverein (German Lawyers´ Association).

Publications
Mr. Samardzic is co-author of the book “Serbien: Ein Handbuch für Geschäftspraxis und Investitionen” (Serbia: A Handbook for Business Practice and Investment”) published by the German Chamber of Foreign Trade in Serbia and the German Federal Foreign Trade Office.
